Scientific interests:

• mechanics of materials and structures, material and geoemetrical nonlinearities, contact problems;
• historical masonry, mathematical description, statics and dynamics of masonry;
• earthquake resistance of structures;
• nonlinear soil-structure interaction.

Engineering work:

• structural design of industrial and bridge structures in seismic zones;
• geotechnical engineering in seismic zones;
• numerical modelling and structural design of composite steel-soil birdges;
• static and dynamic analysis of historical objects, including Royal Palace in Genoa.

Achievements:

• Rector Prize for work on the behalf of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, June 2012
• First ranked graduate of year 2013 at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, WUST, Wrocław
• Grant Plus Scholarship; Issued by Lower Silesian Marshal Office; October 2014
