Awarding of degrees

After obtaining the last credit, the student submits their declaration of fulfilment of their degree programme curriculum to the Dean’s Office. The grades must have the status of “Approved”. The student can keep track of the process of their grades approval and bring it forward via the website.

After a positive verification, the degree candidate receives an e-mail message informing them of the completion of the verification process. The approved declaration must be collected from the Dean’s Office and, along with the other documents, submitted to the secretary of the degree awarding commission Over the course of the verification of the student’s fulfilment of their degree programme, they can be asked to provide additional explanations or to supplement the documentation, which is why it is advisable that students regularly check their university mail.
